Owner Financing 101

There are several benefits for doing an owner-carry installment sale as opposed to conservative financing for both the buyer and seller. Sometimes the advantages inure to the advantage of one or the other, but in the majority cases the transaction is “Win/Win” for both parties.

Benefits for the Seller
