Over investing is a process of investing more in the asset. It is a term used in finance to refer the amount of finance invested in any particular asset. The Real Estate Roundtable is a non-profit public policy association in Washington, D.C. that works on open policy issues affecting the real estate industry. The Roundtable's policy issue center includes specific issues such as terrorism insurance and pension modification, beside with issues in the areas of capital and credit, environment and energy, homeland security and tax policy.
