The County of Steamboat Springs has established a new record for its real estate price, which has crosses more than $1 billion; despite slower sales during the month of October. The County of Steamboat Springs has recorded real estate sales of $1.39 billion, but last year the Steamboat Springs didn't even reach $1 billion. It is amazing that the County was able to accomplish this, in spite of fewer sales. At the moment, the sales of real estates are between the range of $1 million and $1.5 million. With the prices of real estate going up rapidly in Steamboat, real estate investors in the town of Craig (42 miles west) are now beginning to shop their lower-priced listings in the County of Steamboat Springs.
