Home buyers and sellers in Northwest Louisiana needn't worry about anything. At this time, the Northwest Louisiana ranks the second behind Baton Rouge. Compared to the national forecast, the local real estate market is strong. So the good news is not only for the Northwest Louisiana, but also for the states of Oklahoma and Texas. In 2007, till this September about 3,753 homes were sold locally, which was worth $562.3 million.
