Jeff:
And you know how you have some that know what their doing and some that don’t. Do you realize that those car salesman, they have schools that they go to. They learn how to sale.

Bill Twiffer:
They do.

Jeff:
And real estate investors, that’s the biggest faracy out there. They don’t go - they don’t learn how to deal with people, communicate, and negotiate. And that’s definitely a key to being successful in this business.

Bill Twiffer:
That is the key to being successful. I tell people all the time. The six inches of financial freedom is from your brain to your mouth. And if you could know everything about structuring a deal, everything about how to put the deal together and how to wholesale it, short sale it, flip it, do whatever you're going to do, rehab it. I don’t care. If you can't communicate you're not going to be able to talk to the rehabber. You're not going to be able to talk to the bank to short sale. You're not going to be able to talk to the homeowner to get the deal. You’re not going to be able to talk to other investor to wholesale it to.

Jeff:
I agree.

Bill Twiffer:
It a major breakdown. The biggest problem I have in this business is getting investors to believe this to be true. That’s the biggest problem I have, because the ones that believe it to be true are making six, seven, eight hundred thousand dollars a year. They're like, “Listen don’t come to my area and teach this stuff. I've got my area locked up.”

Jeff:
Yeah, exactly.

Bill Twiffer:
I have three people in Saint Louis, all family members, saying, “ Please don’t do anything in Saint Louis, because you know what, the business is so easy here.”

Jeff:

Eight ninety-seven the first 15 people. Real fast, can you give me a quick run down of what their going to learn at the boot camp?

Bill Twiffer:
At the boot camp, they're going to come in and they're going to be sitting with people they don’t know. They’re going to be role playing. They're going to be changing seats every hour and half. And moving to different tables with people they don’t know. They’re going to be really getting out of their box. And I tell you what every time I say that Dejuan says, “Oh, don’t tell them that, then they might not sign up.” I don’t want the people that don’t want to do it. I want the people that come in with an open mind saying, “You know what, this is going to be the best experience I've ever had in my life.” And when they get in there, they have the best experience of their life because they think they're going to do it. So they're going to come they're going to learn all about buying’s. They’re going to learn about cause and affect. We didn’t even get to talk about any of that stuff. Level shifts. They're going to learn all about embedded commands and pre suppositions and implied cause and affect language and double buying. All kinds of stuff that we didn’t have time to talk about. We talked about repeat, approve, and respond. Appreciate, respect, and agree. A lot of that stuff where you're going to stand up and role play a script with your partner. You're going to repeating back what they say. Approving and going onto the next question. We’re going to learn about pattern interrupts. All kinds of stuff to get control of conversation. Stuff that when they walk in there they’re like, “Whew, there's a lot of stuff to communicating. I didn’t realize that, I thought it was just words.” But you start learning that stuff and the more you learn the more you earn.

Jeff:
I agree with that. Well I tell you what, Bill. Like is said before the biggest mistake I see real estate investors making is they go out there, like you said, they put these signs up, send all these letters out, and the phone starts ringing and they don’t know how to communicate with the sellers or how to negotiate. And that’s why I had you on the call.

Bill Twiffer:
Well, thanks, Jeff. I appreciate that and I’ll bet you if you went right now, I’ll bet you there's five or six that’s already bought the program.

Jeff:
Oh, I'm sure. I hear the phone ringing right now. Again, that was some great information that you gave out. For what your charging, $895, think about if you were to go to a junior college for a quarter and take two classes, you would be paying $1500 probably.

Bill Twiffer:
You can't believe the people that come to our boot camp. I'm not kidding you, the people that come to our boot camp, we have 15 percent of them. Which is a lot because, we have a lot of people in our boot camps. Come up and say, “We wish we would have met you and Dejuan before we spent all this money with blank. Or before we spent all this person. Because the money we spent for this boot camp and the information we got was so much better, not just because it was inexpensive, but we learned more at this boot camp at $900 then we did at so and so’s boot camp for $19,000.” I can name off 20 people right now that have told me that. That have spent 30 to 40 and 50 thousand with other speakers and they can't believe what they’ve learned in our three day. They’re like, “They don’t teach any of this stuff, why don’t they?” I say, “Well, they don’t have people to teach this stuff. I'm the only person that teaches and just to real estate investors.”

Jeff:
That’s advantage of being top of somebody who’s done multiple deals versus someone who’s done one or two deals. And we both know of people that are out there doing that. They’re teaching within a deal or two and now they think that they're expert and -

Bill Twiffer:
That's exactly right. You’ve done a lot of deals. And a lot of these people are out there they do five or six deals. The next thing you know they're a speaker.

Jeff:
Yep.

Bill Twiffer:
They're not doing any deals, because 99 percent of their income comes from selling programs. Only 20 percent of our income comes from selling programs. The other 80 percent comes from doing deals. But we go out to do boot camps because we like to do it. And we have fun. We love to travel and we go to all kinds of fun places when we do boot camps. We always pick them every year. We want to go to Hawaii, we want to go to Manhattan. We want to go places we like to go. We always go to Atlanta, because Atlanta is a great place to do events. And Orlando because they're so easy to get to, from anywhere on the eastern part of the United States. Midwest to the east, everything goes through Atlanta. That’s why we do them in Atlanta, too. They're very easy to get to.

Jeff:
That’s a fun place to. Go to Disney World while you're out there.

Bill Twiffer:
That’s right. That’s exactly right in Orlando.
