Real Estate Investment Securities

The term real estate investment has close relationship with the term finance and economics. The term refers to the addition made in some kind of asset which in turn receives the good return from the real estate investment. This word means that putting something to yield a good return.

1. In real estate “issuer” means any person who issues or proposes to issue the security.

2. In real estate investment “person” means any individual, a corporation, a partnership, an association, joint stock Company where the interest of the beneficiary is evidenced by the real estate investment securities, unincorporated organization, government, and any of the subdivision of the government.

3. Sale or sell means the sale of every contract or disposition of the real estate investment securities or in the interest in the security for the value.

4. The term real estate “security” refers to any note stock, treasury stocks, bond, debenture, evidence of indebtedness, transferable shares, real estate investment securities, certificate of deposit for real estate security and many other things are commonly called as security.

Securities does not include any insurance or donation or annuity contract in which the insurance company give assurance to the investor to pay the fixed sum of money either in a lump sum or periodically or in some other specified period of the real estate investment.
